(May 5, 2008) -- Once again, rookie Montgomery Motorsports Park promoter
Jim Howard decided to ignore threatening weather forecasts and came away
with an awesome two day Mullis Super 7 event. On Saturday (5/3), rain
started falling at the rate of two inches per hour on MMP. Howard cast the
dice and bet that the rain would stop and the MMP crew could dry the track
and race. Howard won the bet.

Super 7 Series Racers conquer the Rain

(April 11, 2008) -- It rained at Montgomery Motorsports Park solidly from
Thursday to Saturday evening, but the racers in the Mullis Super 7 Series
hung in there and experienced running two complete races on Sunday (4/6).
The next Mullis Super 7 Series event will be May 3-4 at Montgomery
Motorsports Park.

(Jan. 15, 2008) -- Bradenton, FL: Mullis Race Cars is proud to announce
their affiliation with Montgomery Motorsports Park and the facilities new
SECO Super Seven bracket series, which Mullis Race Cars will present.
The SECO Super Seven Series presented by Mullis Race Cars will be a
seven-weekend big dollar bracket series, contested at Montgomery Motorsports
Park throughout the 2008 season. Each weekend event will feature at least
two days of bracket competition for Pro, Footbrake, and Junior Dragster
competition. At season’s end, daily winners and top series points finishers
in Super Pro will compete in a 32-car shootout for a weekend entry into the
13th annual Million Dollar Race at Memphis Motorsports Park (October 2-5).
In Footbrake, the daily winners and top points finishers will run-off in a
32-car shootout for a weekend entry into the 3rd Annual $100.000 Footbrake
Classic to be held at Montgomery Motorsports Park October 31 thru Nov 2.
The 2008 SECO Super Seven Series will open March 1-2, with a whopping
$10,000 top prize up for grabs to each days Super Pro winner.“I am very
excited about this Series and our relationship with Mullis Race Cars,” said
MMP’s Jim Howard. “After last years Million Dollar Race and the
overwhelming response for the Mullis at The Million Shoot-out it was very
obvious to us that Mullis was the Hotrod of choice. I would also like to
thank George for giving me this unbelievable opportunity to operate such a
fine facility as MMP and for giving me the knowledge and wisdom to handle
it. I can't wait to get the season started and I hope to see everyone at
the Super 7 Series!”
In addition to presenting the series, Mullis Race Cars will also host a
special “Race for the Dragster” event during the fourth SECO Super Seven
Series event, held June 7-8.

big dollar bracket racing in the Southeast for years, and this series is an

George Howard Racing thru this bracket series. Mullis Race Cars will once
again be involved in the Million Dollar Race this fall, as we’ll supply two
chassis’ for the gamblers race winner and runner-up, just as we did last
