13, 2006) -- George Howard is raising the stakes again at Montgomery
MotorSports Park with the Capital City Nationals April 22-23.
Pro racers
will shoot for a $10,000 payday each day and if there are 200 Pro cars,
George will hold a drawing for a FREE entry into the BTE Million Dollar
Drag Race, a $2,000 value. Car+Driver weekend entry $200 ($150 1-day
entry). Pro runner-up $2,000, Semis $500, 3rd round winners get $100
round money.
Footbrakers will gun for $1,000 to win each day and race for FREE,
paying only a $30 spectator admission. Footbrake runner-up $300, Semis
$100, 1/4 $50, 1/8 $25.
- Friday 4/21 - Gates open at 3pm, optional Test 'N' Tune
6pm-11pm ($10 fee)
- Saturday 4/22 - Gates open at 7:30am, time trials at 9:30am,
Sunoco Run for the Money at 1:00pm, Round One 3:00pm
- Sunday 4/23 - Gates open at 8:00am, church service 9:00am,
Round One 10:00am
