IHRA
announces first-ever Summit Racing SuperSeries Junior
Dragster World Championship
Over the past 10 years the fastest growing and most
lucrative grassroots drag racing program in the sport
has been the International Hot Rod Association’s Summit
Racing SuperSeries. Designed as a championship program
for bracket racers around the world, the Summit
SuperSeries has crowned nearly two dozen champions and
awarded over $1 million in cash and prizes since 2002
and now, through the continued partnership of Summit
Racing Equipment, the IHRA is pleased to announce a
brand new Summit SuperSeries program for Junior Dragster
racers beginning with the 2012 racing season. |

Southern
Outlaw Tour Returns for 2012
(January 20,2012) -- As you all know, the SOT will be
back for the 2012 Season. We also understand the
economic situation for us and the racer. The last couple
years have been tuff on both Racers and Tracks but with
that being said we don't want to talk about gloom and
doom anymore. We think the 2012 Race season is going to
be great. |
Summit SuperSeries racers don’t forget to register for
2012 season
With
the Summit SuperSeries season almost upon us, the
IHRA would like to take this time to remind all racers
planning to race in the 2012 Summit SuperSeries and
compete for the 2012 World Championship that they must
adhere to all SuperSeries rules to be eligible.
Racers
planning to compete for the $200,000 year-end
championship prize package awarded to the winners of the
Top and Modified Summit SuperSeries World Championship
must follow
three steps. |
